This luxurious modern western/mission style home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms featuring panoramic views of the Colorado Rivers’ red cliffs, Arches National Park, and the La Sal Peaks. With great views from every window, you can watch the ever-changing palette of vibrant colors from sunrise to sunset.
The home is owner designed and situated on one and one-half acre for plenty of privacy. This home is close to everything Moab has to offer and is located only one mile from the center of town. Moab Panorama Oasis is a retreat basecamp near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks only minutes away from the infamous Moab Rim, Amasa Back, Slick Rock, and other trailheads.

Known for incredible red rock landscapes coupled with a mild climate and endless outdoor activities travelers from all over the world visit to explore and experience this magical destination.
With world-renowned mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking trails, river rafting, and canyoneering a short distance away there's little doubt why we, and our guests, love it so!
It's not unusual to see mountain bikes and kayaks on the cars, kids biking alongside strollers or folks capturing candid photographs to the envy of friends and family. You don't need to be the most experienced outdoorsy type or thrill seeker to enjoy the area and guests are encouraged to pursue self-guided trips. If you're not sure where to start or how to maximize your stay, consider contacting a local outfitter to schedule a tour or some instruction. As your host, we welcome guests to contact us for tips and suggestions. The home makes the perfect retreat for couples, families, and small groups.
The small town atmosphere is welcoming and rich with shops, galleries, history, microbreweries, and a full calendar of events and festivals. Rest days are often spent gazing at the cliff surrounds from the patio or taking a drive to the scenic vista of Dead Horse Point. You may also enjoy strolling art galleries, grabbing a bite of local cuisine, horseback riding, off-road tours, or capture a birds-eye view while up in a hot air balloon.

"Beautiful and extremely well maintained home with spectacular views!! Easily accessible in a great location that is close to hiking, biking, town, etc. Six adults ranging in ages from 29-76 were all very comfortable and couldn't have been more than happy in the house. The owner was very friendly and responsive. HIGHLY recommend to all - can't wait to come back!!"

"The pictures do not begin to show how wonderful this home is! We loved the views from almost every window, the cathedral ceiling made the living room/dining room/kitchen area feel spacious, the decorations and furnishing were all perfect and having a full sized washer/dryer was wonderful. The owners were excellent to work with and quickly responded to any questions. They had detailed instructions for the house and included a list of things to do and their favorite restaurants. We would happily rent this home again!"

“What an awesome house!! We absolutely loved our stay and the house is beautiful. Wake up in the morning and you have a stunning view. The house is secluded, but close to town. A group of us stayed here for the Moab other half marathon and it was a great retreat to recover and relax after the race. The house is stocked with all the amenities, all you really need is food/drink. The home owner was great to work with and very accommodating. Can't wait to go down again!. "

"Very comfortable home, well appointed. Plenty of room for the adults and teenagers to spread out. Great view each night of the summer lightening storms rolling across the valley from the patio. One tiny problem with the internet. We were contacted within the hour, Karen and Maria were very patient and all was easily resolved. Close to town, but quiet and all the sights are a just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again."
